Privacy Policy

• Account information: your email address, a cryptographically hashed password (we never store or see your plain-text password), and your display name.
• Your content: floor-plan images you upload, project files (2D layout and 3D scene data), material and furniture selections, and text prompts you enter for renders.
• Generated content: renders and studio renders created from your projects, stored in your render history.
• Billing information: your plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic log and diagnostic information (such as error reports) used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service (editing, saving, 3D visualization, rendering);
• To manage your account, subscription, and render credits;
• To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe);
• To store your render history for the retention period of your plan;
• To diagnose errors, secure the Service, and improve reliability;
• To communicate with you about your account or important service changes.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your data is stored in our cloud database and file storage (hosted by Supabase). Images are stored in compressed WebP format. Saved renders are retained according to your plan's render-history rules and may expire after the period shown in the app.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your projects, uploads, and renders, subject to short backup-retention cycles and records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment records).

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to deliver its part of the Service.

We use browser local storage solely to keep you signed in (your authentication session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can:

• Access and update your account details from your profile page;
• Export or delete individual projects and renders from within the app;
• Request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us;
• Delete your account, which removes your projects, uploads, and renders.

If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights (such as the EEA/UK under GDPR), we will honor applicable rights requests. Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, row-level access controls on our database, and signed payment webhooks. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of breaches where required by law.

Our service providers may process data outside Canada (for example, in the United States). By using the Service you consent to such transfers, which we protect through contractual and technical safeguards.

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
